Terms and Conditions

These purchase terms apply when you buy from tecovaslife.shop. Hill Country Western Goods LLC is the seller. Prices are in USD. Title passes when the carrier picks up the parcel.

Orders

An order is an offer. We accept it by charging the card and sending a confirmation. We may cancel if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if payment fails.

Shipping

U.S. Ground is $8 and free on orders of $100 or more (Alaska and Hawaii may take longer and may not qualify for the free Ground offer). Delivery dates are estimates.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. See the returns page for packing rules and exclusions.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for twelve months from delivery. Ordinary wear, water damage you caused, and altered goods are outside the warranty.
