Unworn TecovasA goods may come back within 30 days of delivery. Keep the box and tags on. Footwear that shows wear on the sole, apparel that has been washed, and final-sale markdowns cannot be returned.

How to start

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for U.S. exchanges and most unused returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the parcel in Dallas-area fulfillment.

Exchanges

Size and width exchanges are free on unworn pairs. If you sit between sizes, try the smaller size first — that is the usual Western last advice on our fit guide.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the box and the pair and write us within 48 hours. Manufacturing issues inside twelve months follow the warranty page.
