Hill Country Western Goods LLC warrants TecovasA boots and leather goods against manufacturing defects for twelve months from the ship date.

Covered

Open seams that fail in ordinary wear, lasting that collapses from a factory fault, and hardware that was never set correctly.

Not covered

Creasing, patina, salt stains, water spots, scratches from the ranch or the street, resoles after heavy use, and any pair that was altered, soaked, or machine-washed.

How to claim

Email photos and your order number to [email protected]. If we agree it is a factory fault we will repair or replace, or refund if we cannot. The warranty is with the original buyer.
